Letting Go and Moving On A Women’s Retreat June 20-22, 2008 This retreat is an invaluable opportunity to clear old patterns and habits that get in the way of our ability to live our life fully and with aliveness and clarity. This is an experiential workshop with exercises designed to guide you in living more intentionally and better alignment with the gifts of your unique nature. We work with imagery, ritual, a vision quest, creativity and one another to create the space for each of us to take grounded action within the workshop and outside of the workshop. Couple’s Conscious Communication Retreat April 25-27, 2008 This retreat is an important opportunity to explore and disentangle from old patterns and habits that keep you disconnected from yourself and from one another, as well as a time to revisit and re-enliven those areas that keep you bonded and emotionally and intimately connected with one another. This is an experiential retreat with focus on partner and individual exploration over group work. In the spirit of curiosity, empathy and understanding, this workshop is a chance to deepen the love and intimacy n your relationship, and explore from nonjudgmental perspectives areas where you and your partner differ from one another. Exercises are designed to guide couples towards staying on the same side in times of difficulty and conflict. Each couple will receive opportunity for private coaching from facilitators to identify and guide through stuck places in communication.
