Rebecca Connor is a licensed psychotherapist with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, children and families. She has led and assisted experiential and transpersonal workshops, groups and retreats in the Twin Cities and in the Bay Area since 1996.

Rebecca holds a License from the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from a private university in the Bay Area.

Rebecca's training and experience has a strong family systems and Jungian base. Her modalities and therapeutic approaches include trance work and hypnotherapy, guided imagery, dream work, the Hakomi Body-Centered method, Sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma treatment, and art and ritual therapy.

Rebecca's training and areas of expertise include:
an intensive two year program through the Hakomi Institute of San Francisco; a six month intensive program through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute of Boulder for trauma treatment; Sand Tray training through University of California, Berkeley Art Therapy Program; Gestalt Psychodrama and bioenergetic training through Mariah Gladis, founder of the Buck's County, PA Gestalt Center, and through Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California; Hypnotherapy training through Bay Area and Minneapolis Hypnotherpay programs. Rebecca is also a graduate of the one year energy work training through the San Francisco Psychic Institute.
